The Association members hold regular raffles and events in order to raise funds for local charitable organisations.

Below, WAPDI Chairman Adrian Mabberley, is presenting a cheque for £500, funds raised by WAPDI members, to Sue Sweet (Chief fundraiser for Weston Hospice Care). Sue gave a detailed presentation of the very good work carried out at the Weston Centre, with an invite to WAPDI members, to see their work for themselves.

 

 

 

Driving Instructors have regularly taken disadvantaged children, with their helpers, on day trips to Butlins in Minehead.

Equipment has been donated to various charitable organisations.
