Directions to 116 Florida Golf

Follow signs to the A7,when signposted take the AP7 toward Cartegna, this is a toll road and you will have to pay two tolls towards the end of the journey at 2.95 euros each. Exit at the La Zenia junction numbered 763 after paying the second toll, exit onto the roundabout and take the third exit.

This is Avenida de les Brisas., continue straight on over all roundabouts and go through Villamartin. At the T junction turn left into Calle de Robert Wagne and continue straight to the end of this road. At the T junction, turn left into Carrer del Uno and continue down, then up the hill until you arrive at the blue bollard roundabout. Take the second exit Calle Venezuela, continue down the hill and take the third turning on the left Calle El Salvador. Go up the hill, take the first right into Calle Argentina, carry on down the hill (past the blue site office).

On the left look out for two large cream doors and the post boxes, above these boxes is the lettering Florida Golf number 100-143. Immediately before this turn up the small road and park. The bungalow is situated down the pedestrian walkway, (on the right hand side looking up the road) and 116 the third one on the left.

If not using the AP7

Approaching from Torrevieja direction, at the La Zenia roundabout take the first exit. Carry on past the Consum supermarket on your left, up to the next roundabout and straight on. Use above instructions from **.

Approaching from Cartagena direction, at the La Zenia roundabout take the third exit. Carry on past the Consum supermarket on your right, up to the next roundabout and straight on. Use above instructions from **.

Car Hire

Taxi or car hire readily available at either airport however car hire is best booked in advance.

If you use Rentspain to hire a car, your paperwork may say you need to pick up your car from Diesel Car. To find their office, come out of the Arrivals building, cross the road and go up the steps or ramp. Cross the next road and you will be in the car park. Diesel Car are on the upper level, go along to the right and up the stairs or ramp, Diesel Car work out of a van which will be just in front of you.

(There are ramps and you can take baggage trolleys all the way. The ramps are quite steep)

When returning you car, you need to follow the signs to the public car park and collect a parking ticket. There are other entrances to the lower level, with no ticket machines, these should be ignored, once in the car park follow the signs to the upper level.

There are two supermarkets at the shops/bars for the development, to find the first, go back up to Calle El Salvador/Calle Venezuela T Junction, turn left into Calle Venezuela and follow the road straight down the hill and around passing the new builds with the multi-coloured gazebos and back up the hill. At the T junction, turn right and carry straight on until the road bends round to the right. The first supermarket is in front of you (you can't easily see it from the road). For the 24 hour one, carry on up the hill and it is in the rank of bars/shops on the right hand side.

Mercadona

The Mercadona has a good selection of fruit and vegetables and an excellent fish and cheese counter. To get there, go back up to Calle El Salvador/Calle Venezuela T Junction and turn left into Calle Venezuela. Follow the road straight on down the hill and around passing the new builds with the multi-coloured gazebos, back up the hill and at the T junction, turn left up the hill. Follow this road until you reach the Mercadona where there is a mini-roundabout, turn left and then almost immediately left again into the supermarket, there is a car park above and underground.
